What you need to do
- Say you need a certificate and explain who is asking for it.
- The complication: you are asked which certificate exactly and you do not know. Describe what the employer wrote and ask for help choosing.
- Ask whether the purpose must be stated and what to write.
- Ask whether it comes in another language or a translation will be needed.
- Repeat the steps back and say thank you.
