What you need to do
- Ask exactly which document is missing and ask for the name in writing.
- Ask where that document is obtained.
- The complication: you are upset after a two-hour wait. Stay polite, do not argue — ask for help instead.
- Ask whether you need a new ticket and whether you may come straight back to this counter.
- Repeat the plan back and say thank you.
