What you need to do
- Say you have come to collect a finished document and hand over your slip.
- Check the details on the card aloud: name, surname, date of birth, address.
- The complication: your name is misspelled. Point it out calmly and ask how it gets corrected.
- Ask until when the document is valid and what to do before it expires.
- Say thank you and goodbye.
