What you need to do
- Ask for help and say you do not understand the ticket machine.
- Say briefly what you have come for.
- Ask which button to press and which counter to go to.
- The complication: you get a fast answer with an unfamiliar word. Ask what that word means.
- Repeat back what you understood and say thank you.
