What you need to do
- Answer about the floor, the lift and the entrance: courtyard or street.
- The complication: the item will not fit in the lift. Discuss what to do and ask whether they will carry it up the stairs.
- Agree a day and a time window and say who will be home.
- Ask whether assembly is included and whether they take the packaging away.
- Repeat the address and phone and ask them to call before arriving.
