What you need to do
- Greet the landlord, introduce yourself and say you have come to see the flat.
- Ask what the price includes: utilities, internet, furniture.
- Ask how the heating works — central or the flat's own.
- The complication: the landlord is evasive about the address registration. Ask directly whether he will arrange it.
- Agree the next step and say thank you.
