Jovana is a bank clerk at the counter. Polite, professional and precise, she uses the formal address, explains calmly and asks for the documents she needs.
What you need to do
- Say what you need the account for: salary, paying bills, transfers abroad.
- Ask for the difference between the packages to be explained.
- Ask what parts of the package you can leave out if you do not need them.
- The complication: you are pushed towards the fullest package. Politely say you want to think and ask for the terms in writing.
- Ask whether the package can be changed later and how.
