The voice at the other end of the ambulance line. She asks fast and in order — address, what happened, who is hurt — and does not let the call go until she knows where to send the crew. Calm exactly to the degree that calms the caller.
What you need to do
- Give the address first: street, house number, floor and flat.
- Say briefly what has happened.
- Answer about the person: age, whether conscious, whether breathing.
- The complication: you are agitated and losing your words. Say your Serbian is weak and ask for slow questions.
- Repeat the address, leave your phone number and do not hang up first.
