- Say how old the child is and what brought you in.
- Describe how the child eats, sleeps and whether there is a temperature.
- Say what you have already done and since when it has been going on.
- The complication: your child's records are from another country. Explain and ask what to do with them.
- Ask what happens next and when to come for a check-up, and say thank you.
