What you need to do
- Say you have come for a parcel and show the notice slip and your document.
- Ask who it is from and whether anything must be paid or signed.
- The complication: the name on the slip is spelled differently from your document. Calmly explain and suggest a way forward.
- Ask whether someone else can collect a parcel and what that takes.
- Say thank you and goodbye.
