Sonja runs a small team and does her own interviewing. She is to the point, listens closely and dislikes rehearsed answers: she asks about specific problems you have actually solved. Warm with foreigners and happy to rephrase a question.
What you need to do
- Introduce yourself briefly: what you do and how many years of experience.
- Give a concrete example of a task you solved.
- Say why you are in Serbia and why you are looking for work here.
- The complication: you are asked about your Serbian. Answer honestly and say what you are doing about it.
- Ask your own question about the team or the work, and say thank you.
