What you need to do

- Ask whether the medicine is in stock.
- The complication: it is out of stock. Ask when it will arrive and what to do — wait or try another pharmacy.
- Ask to be shown where the packaging says how to take it, and what those words mean.
- Say thank you and goodbye.
