Bojan works the hotel reception. Welcoming and composed, he is used to travellers who have just arrived: he speaks slowly, repeats numbers, and offers to store luggage when the room is not ready yet.
What you need to do
- Greet the receptionist, say you have a booking and give your surname.
- Hand over your passport when asked and ask when you will get it back.
- The complication: the room is not ready. Ask whether you can leave your luggage and when to come back.
- Ask about breakfast and the check-out time.
- Ask for a confirmation of stay and say thank you.
