What you need to do
- Greet the officer and answer whether you have anything to declare.
- Say what is in your luggage — personal things and gifts, for example.
- The complication: you are asked about cash. Answer calmly and ask where you can check what has to be declared and how.
- If you did not understand, ask him to repeat more slowly.
- Say thank you and goodbye.
